Pricing

Items on our site will always reflect the most current price of the item, however the price can change without notice. If this happens, Charcoal Store will take one of these options:

1. If the correct inventory reflects a lower price than the price when you purchased it, Charcoal Store will charge the lower amount and notify you immediately.

2. If the correct inventory reflects a higher price than the price when you purchased it, Charcoal Store will not charge your credit card and either contact you for further instructions or cancel the order and notify you immediately.

Process Time
We do not process charges online in real time due to the high level of Internet fraud. We only process your credit card upon verification with your bank. As a result, processing times vary. There is no guarantee for processing time. We make every effort to process your order the same day. Please refer to our Credit Card Processing Policy for more information.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment. Each credit card company has established policies and procedures that we as a Merchant (seller) must adhere to. There are responsibilities that you as the "buyer" must adhere to which could include proof that you are in fact "the card holder" by means of reasonable identification (business or other listed telephone number with the credit card company database that we can verify). Please contact American Express @ 1-(800) 528-5200, Discover @ 1-(800) 347-2000, VISA @ 1-(800) 228-1122 or MasterCard @ 1-(800) 826-2181 if you feel like any of our "verification" policies are not in line with their organizational policies. We work hard to prevent FRAUD. Please be aware that we make all attempts to verify you as the "real cardholder" prior to processing the charge.

Bill to Address
Our merchant system requires that we verify the registered billing address with the issuing bank prior to approval. The address you provide must match exactly with the address on file. This address is the same address where your credit card bill is sent. Errors will increase the processing time of your order.

Ship to Address
Charcoal Store allows orders to be shipped to an alternate ship to address. The Alternate Shipping Address must be verified by a merchant system. At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

CVV2 Code
For your protection, we ask that you enter an extra 3-4 digit number called the CCID or CVV2. The extra ID number is located on the back of your Visa, Master Card, or Discover cards. The American Express code is located on the front of the card, just above the card number.

We appreciate your business, and hope you understand that in today's time's credit card fraud costs are approaching multi-billion dollar levels. We will do everything in our power to protect you.

If for any reason within 30 days of purchase you are not fully satisfied with your Cookshack smoker you may return it for a refund less shipping costs. If the smoker was shipped free, Charcoal Store will deduct the amount of shipping cost from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for packaging, and shipping charges to send the smoker back. The smoker must not be damaged and show only normal usage. Customer must call Charcoal Store for an RMA# before returning. Warranties

All warranties will be handled through the manufacturers. Charcoal Store will help facilitate all claims. No returns for any reason after 30 days. All unopened returns are subject to a 15% restock fee and must have an RMA#. Shipping charges will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to send an item back.
