Information:

This probe assembly is used for both the Pit Boss 25 and the Pit Minder E-Temp Control units. The probe is stainless steel with high temperature, PTFE coated wire. The probe wires should never come in contact with direct flames or intense heat over 450F degrees. Probe wire length is 6'.
