Backwoods Smoker - The Professional
The Backwoods Smoker Professional Unit has seven (7) shelves that are 24" by 27" in size spaced 5" apart. The Professional cooks between 225 to 250 degrees on approximately fifteen (15) pounds of charcoal and wood for flavoring. The unit will maintain this heat for six 6-7 hours. For larger pieces of meat, charcoal and water will need to be added. The Backwoods Professional Unit comes with options such as thermostatically controlled gas burners, which will take over after charcoal and wood drops below set point. Other options are an automatic water filler to maintain a constant water level, a convection system to maintain an even temperature from top to bottom, and extra racks can be installed. All our units are available in Stainless Steel.
